Job Summary

Guiding families through their initial conversations about in-home care, the full-time hourly Senior Care Solutions Specialist will connect with potential clients primarily via phone to understand their needs, develop sales strategies, and coach a team of Care Solutions Consultants in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and refine sales playbooks to align with new customer workflows or products
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to uncover client needs and tailor recommendations accordingly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent follow-through on new client commitments and initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of phone-based sales or customer service experience
  • Experience in developing sales strategies
  • Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment
  • Experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services is a strong plus
