Job Summary

Senior Care Specialist, a full-time position, is responsible for coordinating and resolving complex, high-value orders while ensuring successful delivery outcomes through real-time issue resolution and effective communication with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end support for high-value and large orders, ensuring successful delivery outcomes
  • Manage escalations across large, complex, and time-sensitive orders, including autonomous vehicle deliveries
  • Coordinate with diners, merchants, couriers, and internal teams to resolve operational and technical issues
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, customer support, logistics, account management, or technical support
  • Strong business judgment and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
  • Interest in customer and operations facing roles within a technology company
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
