Job Summary

A company is looking for an ICEO Senior Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand their unique needs and deliver a white-glove boutique experience
• Provide coaching on career transition best practices, including personal branding and networking
• Mobilize ICEO resources and leverage connections to benefit clients

Required Qualifications

• Over 15 years of experience in a leadership role at the C-2 or C-3 level or equivalent consultative experience
• Strong background in coaching, mentoring, and development
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior management and stakeholders
• Experience with emotional intelligence and empathy, preferably with involuntary terminations
• Collaboration skills with ICEO leadership and subject matter experts
