Job Summary

To provide exceptional career advisory services, the part-time ICEO Senior Advisor will manage client relationships, deliver a white-glove experience, and serve as a trusted thought partner for senior executives in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Understanding and addressing the unique needs of each client
• Delivering high-quality support and insights throughout the career transition process
• Coaching clients on personal branding, networking, and executive search best practices

Required qualifications

• Over 15 years of experience in senior leadership roles at the C-2 or C-3 level, or equivalent consultative experience
• Strong background in coaching, mentoring, and relationship building with senior executives
• Proven ability to influence decision-makers and establish long-term professional relationships
• Experience with emotional intelligence and empathy, preferably including exposure to involuntary terminations
• Collaborative mindset, with experience working alongside leadership and subject matter experts
