Senior Carrier Relations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Carrier Relations Lead responsible for managing strategic relationships with global telecommunications carriers and network infrastructure providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for assigned carriers, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring alignment with business priorities
• Lead complex commercial negotiations and utilize AI-assisted pricing analytics to support negotiation strategies
• Identify and execute cost reduction initiatives across various connectivity services while partnering with NOC and Engineering teams to improve service quality

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in telecommunications wholesale carrier relations, procurement, or network operations
• Deep knowledge of carrier technologies including IP networks, fiber transport, and cloud connectivity
• Demonstrated success in negotiating large-scale commercial agreements
• Experience applying AI or automation tools in areas such as spend analysis and network monitoring
• Strong analytical, financial, and contractual capability
