Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Caseworker - PST/MT Zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial intake and assessments with clients and develop individual service plans
• Provide case management services to assist clients in accessing necessary resources and support
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of case meetings, referrals, and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience, or one year with a master's degree
• Experience working with immigrant populations and unaccompanied children preferred
• Knowledge of safety net systems and social services navigation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and virtual communication platforms
