Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Catastrophe Claims Adjuster will investigate and document property claims, communicate updates, and negotiate settlements while providing technical expertise and support for less experienced staff.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and document property claims, including policy reviews and negotiating settlements
• Communicate claim updates and decisions effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Lead high-profile investigations involving complex fraud referrals, ensuring successful resolution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant education
• 5+ years of property claims experience
• Strong estimating skills
• Adjuster licensed in home state or holds a non-resident license as needed
• Empathetic interpersonal skills
