Job Summary

Driving category strategy and execution, the full-time Senior Category Management Manager will oversee assortment planning, pricing, promotions, and supplier partnerships to enhance sales and profitability while collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business objectives, primarily working remotely with occasional travel.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of category strategies and operating plans to meet revenue and market share growth targets
• Oversee sourcing and supplier management, ensuring competitive pricing and adherence to procurement practices
• Manage category performance through KPIs and analytics, translating insights into actionable plans for improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 8 years of experience in category management, sourcing, or procurement
• 3 years of leadership or people management experience
• Proven understanding of market dynamics and supply chain considerations
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
