Job Summary

Driving category strategy execution, the full-time Senior Category Management Manager will oversee assortment planning, pricing, promotions, and supplier partnerships to enhance sales and profitability while collaborating cross-functionally in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of category strategies and operating plans to achieve revenue and market share growth targets
• Oversee sourcing, supplier management, and commercial execution, ensuring alignment with pricing architectures and profitability improvements
• Manage category performance through KPIs and analytics, translating insights into actionable plans that enhance sales and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 8 years of experience in category management, sourcing, or procurement
• 3 years of leadership or people management experience
• Proven experience with category trends and supply chain dynamics
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable recommendations
