Senior Category Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Category Manager to lead strategic direction and execution of the External Talent category.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and execution of the External Talent category across an enterprise-level supplier portfolio
• Drive financial value, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize supplier relationships
• Partner with global business leaders to identify opportunities for supplier landscape rationalization and implement scalable sourcing strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or PhD is preferred
• 7+ years of experience in sourcing, category management, procurement, or consulting with a proven record of driving measurable business value
• Advanced Excel skills for creating and interpreting analytical models and category performance reports
• Experience managing large global contingent workforce programs is preferred
• Experience producing high-quality sourcing documentation and presentations is preferred
