Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Category Manager - External Talent (Contingent Workforce).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead an enterprise-wide External Talent category with hundreds of suppliers for non-technical contingent workers and advisor engagements
- Develop and execute a category strategy that drives financial value and ensures compliance with policies and regulations
- Build partnerships with business leaders and optimize supplier relationships to enhance sourcing and management of external workers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PhD) preferred
- 7 years of experience in sourcing, category management, procurement, or consulting
- Proven experience managing a large global contingent workforce program
- Ability to assess complex problems and drive data-backed decisions
- Skilled in producing high-quality deliverables, including analytical outputs and presentations
