Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Category Manager - External Talent (Contingent Workforce).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead an enterprise-wide External Talent category with numerous suppliers for non-technical contingent workers and advisor engagements
  • Develop and execute a category strategy that drives financial value and ensures compliance with policies and regulations
  • Build partnerships with business leaders and suppliers while optimizing cost, quality, and performance through improved contract management
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PhD) preferred
  • 7 years of experience in sourcing, category management, procurement, or consulting
  • Proven experience in managing a large global contingent workforce program
  • Ability to assess complex problems and drive data-backed decisions
  • Experience creating analytical outputs, including Excel models and performance reports
