Senior Category Manager

Job Summary

Leading strategy for a global category, the full-time Senior Category Manager will shape sourcing approaches, build supplier networks, and drive business outcomes while collaborating across Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain, with a preference for candidates near Somerset, NJ, or those willing to relocate.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve end-to-end sourcing strategy aligned to experience, developing multi-year category roadmaps
• Build deep expertise in global supply markets to position the company for competitive advantage
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align sourcing strategies with product and technology roadmaps

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
• At least 12 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
• Minimum of 5 years managing complex global categories in a manufacturing or technology-driven environment
• Deep expertise in category management, strategic sourcing, and commercial negotiations
• Proven track record of delivering cost savings and performance improvements
