Senior Category Manager

Job Summary

Leading global category strategy and execution for specialty laboratories, the full-time remote Senior Category Manager will manage sourcing strategies, vendor lifecycle processes, and ensure compliance and quality across clinical development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refresh global category strategies aligned to clinical development objectives
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and contracting lifecycle, including vendor selection and negotiations
• Ensure compliant vendor selection and sourcing practices through risk management and regulatory alignment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience or Master's degree with 6 years of experience
• Deep expertise in sourcing and contracting, including RFP development and vendor evaluation
• Strong knowledge of clinical research, global regulatory requirements, and industry practices
• Experience managing specialty laboratory vendors and supporting clinical procurement activities
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) or equivalent preferred
