Senior Category Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategy for a global category, the full-time Senior Category Manager will manage end-to-end sourcing strategies, develop multi-year roadmaps, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize supplier performance, all while working remotely within the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the sourcing strategy for a global category aligned with business growth and innovation
• Build deep expertise in global supply markets and proactively position the company for competitive advantage
• Develop and manage a high-performing global supply base, including supplier selection and performance management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is strongly preferred
• At least 12 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
• A minimum of 5 years managing complex global categories in a manufacturing or technology-driven environment
• Deep expertise in category management, strategic sourcing, and commercial negotiations
• Proven track record of delivering cost savings and performance improvements in fast-paced environments
