Job Summary

To support a large-scale contingent workforce program, the remote contract Senior Category Manager will lead the External Talent category, develop strategic initiatives, and drive supplier management across non-technical contingent workers and advisors.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive category strategy for external talent, ensuring compliance and alignment with business goals
  • Build partnerships with business leaders and external suppliers to optimize sourcing and management of contingent workers
  • Implement supplier performance management initiatives to enhance efficiency and drive cost savings across the organization
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PhD) preferred
  • 7 years of experience in sourcing, category management, procurement, or consulting
  • Proven experience managing a large global contingent workforce program
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and interpret complex data outputs
  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
