Senior Category Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Category Manager to lead the strategy for a global category in a full-time role, where the candidate will manage end-to-end sourcing strategies, develop multi-year roadmaps, and influence cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, with a preference for candidates based near Somerset, NJ, or those willing to relocate, while remote work may be considered for exceptional candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the end-to-end sourcing strategy for a global category aligned to experience
• Develop and execute multi-year category roadmaps supporting business growth and innovation
• Build and manage a high-performing global supply base, including supplier selection and development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
• At least 12 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
• A minimum of 5 years managing complex global categories in a manufacturing or technology-driven environment
• Deep expertise in category management, strategic sourcing, and commercial negotiations
• Proven track record in delivering cost savings and performance improvements
