Job Summary

Leading sourcing strategy and vendor partnerships, the full-time Senior Category Manager will manage end-to-end category management, analyze spend, and implement sourcing initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, negotiations, and contract execution
• Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business goals and savings targets
• Analyze spend and market trends to inform sourcing decisions and optimize supplier performance

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management
• Relevant certifications (CPM, CSMP, CSM, PMP, Six Sigma) preferred
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Ability to travel periodically
