Senior Category Manager

Job Summary

Leading category strategy and insights, the full-time Senior Category Manager will drive growth across traditional retail and digital commerce channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations and optimize category performance in Franklin, TN.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute category management strategies to drive growth for the Company and retail customers
• Analyze consumer, shopper, and market trends to identify opportunities and deliver actionable recommendations
• Partner with eCommerce teams to optimize digital shelf performance and enhance online shopper engagement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, analytics, economics, or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in Category Management, Shopper Insights, or related CPG commercial functions
• Experience supporting major retail customers and omnichannel/eCommerce environments
• Strong understanding of consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry dynamics
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred
