Senior Category Manager

Job Summary

To support the U.S. Government Airgap team, the full-time Senior Global Category Manager will independently define and execute multi-year sourcing strategies for complex datacenter infrastructure categories, influence stakeholders, and manage high-value negotiations while ensuring compliance with government requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Independently define and execute sourcing strategies for mechanical and electrical equipment and services
• Serve as the category subject matter expert, influencing senior management and ensuring compliance with sourcing best practices
• Lead negotiations and contract execution for high-complexity engagements, balancing cost, risk, and performance

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or related field AND 3+ years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in data science/analytics, finance, project management, supply chain, and/or operations
• Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background check and verify U.S. citizenship
• Experience leading complex commercial negotiations and contract execution at the enterprise level
• Proficiency with spend analytics and category management tooling
