Senior Category Manager

Job Summary

To shape the operations and growth of the M365 category across the Americas, the full-time Senior Category Manager will manage key business processes, translate performance data into actionable insights, and oversee program governance to drive acquisition and customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Design and improve the operating cadence for M365 Americas, ensuring clarity and alignment across stakeholders
• Analyze performance data to identify insights and drive data-informed decisions for strategy and investment
• Support the execution and governance of M365 category programs, ensuring alignment with business priorities and measurable outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field AND 4+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in building performance reporting, dashboards, and executive narratives
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with knowledge of Power BI or similar tools
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
• Experience managing and expanding a category within a complex organization
