Senior Category Manager

Job Summary

Driving strategic growth in key retail channels, the remote Senior Category Manager will manage category insights and relationships, coach a team, and leverage data storytelling to enhance business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and present compelling category insights and selling materials for Grocery, Natural, and Drug retailers
• Collaborate with Sales and external partners to identify growth opportunities and enhance business management capabilities
• Coach and develop a team of direct reports while establishing KPIs to track channel performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• 7-10 years of category management experience
• Experience with 84.51 and scanning data sources like Circana or NIQ
• Strong mastery of panel data sources such as Numerator and Circana
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and space planning software like JDA
