Senior Category Manager
Job Summary
To support the Project Development Services and Programs & Projects business lines, the full-time Senior Category Manager will develop and execute category strategies, manage supplier relationships, and lead strategic sourcing efforts in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute category strategies that align with business objectives and stakeholder needs
- Lead strategic sourcing and negotiation activities to deliver cost-effective solutions for clients
- Manage supplier relationships and performance to enhance service delivery and continuous improvement
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
- 10+ years of experience in construction and project development services, including 3+ years in procurement category management
- Deep expertise in construction sourcing, pricing models, and supplier risk management
- Experience in contract negotiation and management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
