Senior Category Manager

Job Summary

To enhance the product portfolio, the remote Senior Category Manager will manage sourcing and onboarding of new brands and deals, lead negotiations with suppliers, and collaborate cross-functionally to promote products while being accountable for key performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Research and onboard new brands/products, leveraging existing networks and conducting outreach to suppliers
• Track and analyze performance metrics, developing action plans to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to launch and promote products, utilizing tools like Salesforce and Google Analytics

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business-to-business inside sales or category management
• Proven experience in ecommerce buying and negotiations with senior-level contacts
• Familiarity with Salesforce and performance tracking tools
• Demonstrated success in closing deals and achieving sales targets
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
