Senior Catering Sales Manager

Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, the full-time Senior Catering Sales Manager will plan and execute group room blocks, meetings, and catering events, ensuring exceptional service and guest experiences while collaborating with various hotel departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of meetings, social events, and room blocks, ensuring seamless execution
• Prepare and distribute detailed banquet event orders (BEOs) and manage event changes and billing accuracy
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and proactively resolve issues to maximize satisfaction and revenue opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in conference services, catering, or luxury hospitality
• Strong knowledge of banquet operations and event logistics
• Proficiency with hotel property management systems such as Amadeus Delphi or Opera
• Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
