Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. CDM Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate ongoing CDM consistency within revenue producing departments, maintaining accurate descriptions, coding, and revenue code assignments
Review denials from CBO related to payor rejections and assist Recovery Audit staff with CDM-related inquiries
Conduct research on CDM and hospital billing issues and work closely with EPIC IS application support for hospital billing functions

Required Qualifications

5 years of hospital billing and coding experience; 3-5 years of charge master experience
Epic Certification within 1 year of hire
Bachelor's degree required
Required COC or CPC certification
Preferred certifications include HFMA CRCR, AAHAM, CRCS-I, CHFP, and CRCS-P
