Senior Certification Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative certification programs, the full-time remote Senior Certification Program Manager will design and implement certification tracks, manage learning content, and analyze program effectiveness for a diverse learner population of 2,000-5,000 partners and dealer personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Tekion Certified credential program, designing item banks and managing certification platforms
• Track and report on certification program health, utilizing data to identify content gaps and improvement opportunities
• Conduct needs assessments to identify certification gaps and prioritize development based on partner readiness and organizational objectives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing and managing certification exams and programs
• Hands-on experience with LMS and certification development platforms, with proficiency in SkillJar and Caveon preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data management and reporting workflows
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools or AI-assisted content development workflows
• Experience coordinating with SMEs and stakeholders across multiple departments
