Senior Certification Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Certification Specialist to assist in processing and reporting VA educational benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process student enrollments in compliance with VA regulations
• Liaise with various departments to resolve certification questions and assist students with VA benefit issues
• Develop training materials and provide general information about VA educational benefits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Two years of experience in a higher education institution, preferably in a Veterans Affairs Office or Student Advising
• Experience with PeopleSoft and Enrollment Manager is preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
