Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementations of Certinia PSA solutions, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and technical staff
• Drive the design and configuration of Certinia PSA solutions, focusing on system performance and integration

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
• One or more Certinia certifications: PSA Implementation Consultant or PSA System Admin
• Experience managing Salesforce platform configuration and customization
• Ability to produce integrated solution architecture with Certinia PSA
• Experience configuring packaged solutions on the Salesforce platform
