A company is looking for a Change Leadership Consultant specializing in AI Adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of change strategies and conduct change impact assessments
• Engage stakeholders and develop plans to foster alignment and advocacy
• Create communication strategies and deliver training to support user adoption of new tools

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise change initiatives
• Expertise in change leadership frameworks and methodologies
• Strong background in Microsoft technologies, including M365 Copilot AI tools
• Experience in developing training and communication assets
• Big 4 consulting experience and change management certification preferred
