Senior Change Management Advisor

Job Summary

Partnering with senior leaders, the remote Senior Change Management Advisor will lead high-impact change management strategies for complex initiatives while enhancing enterprise change management capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels to foster buy-in and commitment to change initiatives
• Conduct change impact analyses and readiness assessments to inform planning and risk mitigation efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in delivering end-to-end change management for complex, enterprise-scale initiatives
• Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Prosci, or equivalent certification
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior leaders and executive sponsors
• Strong advisory mindset with the capability to balance enterprise standards and local context
