Senior Change Management Advisor

Job Summary

Leading high-impact change management initiatives, the remote Senior Change Management Advisor will design and execute comprehensive change strategies, engage stakeholders, and enhance organizational change capabilities while ensuring alignment with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies for enterprise-level initiatives, ensuring alignment with program goals
• Conduct stakeholder engagement and impact assessments to foster buy-in and manage change risks effectively
• Contribute to the evolution of change management methodologies and coach practitioners to enhance execution consistency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in end-to-end change management for complex, enterprise-scale initiatives
• Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Prosci, or equivalent certification
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior leaders and executive sponsors
• Strong advisory mindset with the ability to balance enterprise standards and local context
