Senior Change Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Change, Release and Deployment Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads projects from end-to-end, coordinating, planning, and implementing changes and releases
• Reviews submitted change requests for compliance and completeness, providing necessary documentation and communication
• Monitors and analyzes change and release management processes, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
• 4 - 6 years of related experience in ITSM, ITIL Change Management, and ServiceNow
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
• Understanding of SDLC and release management principles
• Knowledge of IT security, patching, compliance, and best practices
