Senior Change Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Change Management Analyst (Training & Communication).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate change management activities, ensuring timely delivery of training and communication
• Design and implement communication and training plans aligned with project goals and timelines
• Monitor adoption KPIs, identify potential issues early, and gather feedback to improve change effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, HR, or related field
• Many years of experience in Change Management, Training, or Corporate Communications
• Strong knowledge of change methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter)
• Experience in training design and coordination
• Fluent in English; German is an asset
