Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Advocacy & Strategy Analyst specializing in Change Management & Instructional Design.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of customer experience change initiatives and internal communication plans
- Develop and update learning materials using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Produce and edit video content for internal campaigns and training, ensuring alignment with learning objectives
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in change management, instructional design, video production, or related fields
- Experience producing video demos and visual assets for technology communications
- Familiarity with instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theory
- Experience developing digital and instructor-led learning content
- Associate's degree in a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred
