Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Advocacy & Strategy Analyst specializing in Change Management & Instructional Design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of customer experience change initiatives and internal communication plans
  • Develop and update learning materials using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Produce and edit video content for internal campaigns and training, ensuring alignment with learning objectives
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in change management, instructional design, video production, or related fields
  • Experience producing video demos and visual assets for technology communications
  • Familiarity with instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theory
  • Experience developing digital and instructor-led learning content
  • Associate's degree in a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred
