Senior Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

Leading change management initiatives for large and complex customers, the full-time Senior Change Management Consultant will work remotely to guide corporate and enterprise clients through user adoption, training, and transformation programs, focusing on Google Workspace and GCP.

Key responsibilities

• Lead change management initiatives, ensuring customized deliverables meet industry standards
• Cultivate trust and provide strategic guidance to C-Suite and executive stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate high-impact risks and challenges within transformation programs

Required qualifications

• Google Cloud Digital Leader or Google Generative AI Leader certified, or ability to complete within 6 months
• Minimum of 3 years exposure to Google Workspace
• At least 5 years of change management experience
• At least 5 years of internal and/or external consulting experience
