Senior Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Change Management Consultant to lead change management assessments for a Cloud Data Modernization project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Change Management Assessment to identify impacts of cloud migration on people, processes, and technology
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment on change management strategies
• Analyze migration effects on departments, identifying risks and opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in the Enterprise Data Warehouse space, particularly in IT and cloud migration
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; change management certification is a plus
• Deep understanding of cloud technologies and enterprise data warehouse solutions
