Senior Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Change Management Consultant to support the Department of the Navy, Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform day-to-day functions of assigned projects involving teams of consultants and analysts
• Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and production of activities associated with assigned projects
• Supervise contractor employees, including hiring, training, and addressing complaints

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related field
• Active Secret clearance
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Visio)
