Senior Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Consultant - Sr. Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and implement change management strategies and plans
• Conduct impact assessments and change readiness evaluations
• Design and execute communication and engagement plans tailored to stakeholder needs

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-3 years working in change management or organizational development
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR)
• Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all organizational levels
• Experience with transformation projects (IT, process improvement, cultural change)
• Bachelor's Degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent experience
