Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Change Management Lead to support enterprise transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies for enterprise transformation programs
- Conduct change impact assessments to evaluate effects across business units, roles, and processes
- Develop stakeholder engagement plans, including sponsor roadmaps and resistance management strategies
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in change management within enterprise transformation programs
- Proven experience supporting ERP, HCM, CRM, or large-scale process transformation initiatives
- Strong expertise in structured change methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar)
- Experience working within large, complex organizations (5,000+ employees)
- Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable adoption outcomes (e.g., usage rates, proficiency gains, business KPIs)
