Job Summary
Collaborating across multiple levels and functions, the full-time Senior Change Management Consultant will lead the people side of major change initiatives, contributing expertise and developing comprehensive change strategies to enhance stakeholder adoption and minimize resistance in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement a holistic change framework to support client strategic objectives and initiatives
- Proactively manage a client change portfolio, prioritizing engagements and addressing concerns in alignment with enterprise objectives
- Conduct stakeholder and change impact analysis to engage and equip all affected stakeholders for successful transitions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
- Minimum seven years of change management experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale business or technology initiatives
- Prosci certification preferred; CCMP certification a plus
- Experience in the healthcare industry and supporting shared services organizations is a plus
