Senior Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

Focusing on the people side of change, the full-time Senior Change Management Consultant will provide expertise in change management and communications to support the adoption of Global Strategic Marketing transformation initiatives in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage change approaches for multiple GSM transformation initiatives, emphasizing readiness and adoption
• Identify key stakeholders and develop engagement plans to address adoption risks across marketing functions
• Assess the impact of initiatives on teams and processes, translating findings into actionable support plans

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in change management, stakeholder management, and change communications
• Proven track record in project and transformation management
• Experience in impact assessment and readiness planning
• Strong judgment in identifying risks and stakeholder concerns
• Ability to develop practical tools and materials for leader enablement and communication
