Senior Change Management Consultant
Job Summary
Leading enterprise AI enablement initiatives, the Senior Change Management Consultant will work remotely, preferably during Eastern Time hours, to develop and execute change management strategies, engage stakeholders, and promote the adoption of AI solutions within the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the AI Center of Excellence to provide change management expertise for enterprise AI initiatives
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and stakeholder engagement activities
- Measure adoption success through assessments and feedback, refining strategies as necessary
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management or related fields
- Proven experience leading change initiatives for large, complex projects
- Deep knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices
- Experience in healthcare environments and driving AI adoption preferred
- Prosci Change Management Certification is a plus
