Senior Change Management Consultant
Job Summary
Leading enterprise AI enablement initiatives, the Senior Change Management Consultant will work remotely, preferably during Eastern Time hours, to develop and execute change management strategies while driving stakeholder engagement and measuring adoption success.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the AI Center of Excellence (COE) to provide change management expertise for AI initiatives
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support AI solution implementation
- Drive stakeholder engagement activities to prepare leaders and employees for successful adoption of new AI capabilities
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management or related disciplines
- Proven experience leading change initiatives for large, complex, enterprise-level projects
- Deep knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices
- Experience in healthcare environments preferred
- Prosci Change Management Certification preferred
