Senior Change Management Consultant
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Change Management Consultant will implement and manage change activities within financial services projects, ensuring successful business adoption of new technologies and operating models.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the assessment of change impact on business processes, systems, and employees
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to integrate change initiatives effectively
- Develop training programs and materials to facilitate the adoption of new processes and systems
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in change management or organizational development roles
- Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Experience in financial services is preferred
- Knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies is a plus
