Senior Change Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a remote Senior Change Management Lead for a 3-month contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Change Management at the organizational level
• Develop and deliver Change Management Strategy and Plan
• Conduct training and assess change impact, including readiness and impact analysis

Required Qualifications

• Experience in creating and implementing Change Management strategies
• Ability to develop strong relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams
• Proven organizational skills and project ownership
• Experience in reporting and change readiness assessments
• Ability to work remotely during standard business hours (Mon-Fri, 8 am - 5 pm EST)
