Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience leading organizational change in large enterprises; consulting experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience operating at a multi-program or portfolio level
• Deep expertise in established change methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter)
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority
