Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Organizational Change Management to support a large-scale enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the Change Management Plan and overall adoption framework for the CLM implementation
  • Conduct change impact assessments and facilitate readiness workshops to ensure stakeholder alignment
  • Create and execute change communications and rollout plans to support user adoption and deployment
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in leading organizational change management for enterprise technology implementations
  • Experience managing change management workstreams from planning through deployment and hypercare
  • Strong background in stakeholder impact assessments, adoption planning, and rollout communications
  • Proven ability to facilitate workshops and engage with cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of enterprise software implementation lifecycles, including requirements, design, and testing
