Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Change Lead to drive organizational change management activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end organizational change management activities, including stakeholder impact assessments and change strategy
  • Define and execute the Communications and Engagement Plan, ensuring alignment with related initiatives
  • Conduct learning needs assessments and develop enablement materials to support deployment requirements
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management
  • Experience supporting large technology or planning transformations across multiple markets
  • Ability to operate independently within complex, matrixed environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Comfort embedding within an existing transformation team
