Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Change Lead to drive organizational change management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end organizational change management activities, including stakeholder impact assessments and change strategy
- Define and execute the Communications and Engagement Plan, ensuring alignment with related initiatives
- Conduct learning needs assessments and develop enablement materials to support deployment requirements
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management
- Experience supporting large technology or planning transformations across multiple markets
- Ability to operate independently within complex, matrixed environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Comfort embedding within an existing transformation team
