Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Training & Change Management Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of organizational change management strategies and plans
- Oversee delivery of OCM workstreams including communications, leadership alignment, and change adoption
- Create comprehensive learning strategies to address the learning needs of impacted audiences
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years leading organizational change management initiatives in consulting or complex enterprise environments
- 5+ years leading teams delivering blended learning solutions for professional and technical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Leadership, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience designing and developing content with the ADDIE model
- Deep knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
