Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Training & Change Management Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and execution of organizational change management strategies and plans
  • Oversee delivery of OCM workstreams including communications, leadership alignment, and change adoption
  • Create comprehensive learning strategies to address the learning needs of impacted audiences
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years leading organizational change management initiatives in consulting or complex enterprise environments
  • 5+ years leading teams delivering blended learning solutions for professional and technical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Leadership, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience designing and developing content with the ADDIE model
  • Deep knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
